This is a full-time on-site role at our USA office for a Operational Head. The operational Head will be responsible for Business solution consultancy, Lead generation, market research, customer service, and using analytical skills to identify business opportunities and strategies.

Qualification

We’re looking for a Operational Head with outstanding experience that includes:

• Strong Analytical skill
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and market research
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Experience with digital marketing and technology is a plus
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
